Arthur enjoys working with kids and handicapped people. He found his calling when he worked as a volunteer at the Dar El Salam Orphanage in North Africa during his military service there with the US Naval Construction Battalion.

After his discharge Arthur was able to live and work at an orphanage in Munich Germany while attending the university. Prepared with a PhD in special Education from USC, Arthur founded a Traumatic Brain Injury Foundation in Thailand supported by his powder coating company Fusecote Co Inc. Arthur is 71 years of age.
